Ramick Computing (NI) Ltd installs and terminates Computer Cabling to the highest standards. Our mission is to meet our valued customer expectations with competitive prices ad to ensure this we must adopt the attitude of being ' Right First Time ' for all installation, inspecting and testing of Computer Cabling installations.

This is achieved through maintaining and continually improving a documented Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. We shall carry this out in a professional manner and in accordance with our Work Instructions.

Ramick is committed to giving the fullest support to the Quality Management System and to provide the resources necessary to comply with the requirement of, and to continually improve the Quality Management System as documented in the Quality Manual. Ramick has put a number of measurable objectives in place and results of these are discusses at each Management Review.

The Quality Policy is communicated and understood throughout the company on the notice boards. All staff are aware and understand this policy and the importance of satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers.

Quality objectives are established and reviewed in the context of continual improvement on a regular basis by senior management through Management Review meetings.

* Ramick have in my experience been Efficient, Professional, Courteous and well presented. All contact has been in a friendly and professional way. It is refreshing to see a keenness to satisfy and meet customer needs, this view extends to all Ramick staff i have dealt with. I have no negative comments only positive praise for all these people.

I would request that you make a point in passing my thanks and personal gratitude to the individuals, all to often only negative comments are relayed to employees. I trust you will find it appropriate to therefore pass on my positive comments.
